Step 1 - Click on Settings to the top right 

Step 2 - Once on the calendar page click on Settings to the top left

Step 3 - Under Settings for my Calendars click on the Calendar to the bottom left.

Step 4 - Under Access permissions, click on Make available to public to the right of the screen.
