SB2 and SB3 Workaround: How to Switching customer to Annual Billing
In Cases when the option to switch customers to the annual billing is not available you can use the workaround below.
Step 1. Ensure that you are in Customer View
Step 2. Once on the customer's website dashboard change the url as follows:
Step 3. Click Enter
Step 4. Confirm Upgrade
